Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly stated that so far as Respondent No.7, who is an Advocate, is concerned, his name can be deleted from the array of parties and the allegations against the Respondent No.7 are not pressed in this Petition. Respondent No.7 shall accordingly stand deleted from the array of parties. 2.
Respondent No.8- Urmi Gaurav Shah is present in Court alongwith her advocate. She stated before the Court that she is not unlawfully detained by anyone and that she has left the matrimonial home on her own accord.

In these circumstances, the Petition which seeks writ of habeas corpus would not be maintainable. The same is accordingly dismissed. Liberty, however, is granted to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in respect of his grievances.
