The applicants have filed this civil application for condonation of delay in filing the second appeal and have also prayed for various other reliefs, including for stay of the order passed by the lower appellate Court.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay in filing the second appeal is condoned.

Insofar as the prayer for stay of the order passed by the learned appellate Court is concerned, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the execution proceedings before the Executing Court is on 6th January, 2016. The statement of learned 1/2

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 5th January, 2016.
