The learned Counsel for the Respondents pointed out that as against the impugned order, the Petitioner has a remedy under the concerned statute. Accepting the contentions of the Respondents and keeping all the contentions of the parties open, in case the Petitioner avails a remedy under the statute, we dispose of the petition.
