The learned APP at the outset submitted that the trial pertaining to CR No.426 of 2013 registered with Mulund Police Station has already began and as of today only two witnesses are remained to be examined. In view of the said statement, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He submitted that the the applicant was arrested on 22.9.2013 and since then he is in jail. In the circumstances, the Trial Court seized of the trial arising out of CR No.426 of 2013 registered with Mulund Police Station is hereby directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
