The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw both the second appeals. He further submits that the appellants have deposited some amount in this court in both these second appeals and the appellants have no objection if the Government is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, both the second appeals are permitted to be withdrawn. The same are dismissed as such.

The respondent State Government is at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants in this Court in both these second appeals along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.
