This petition was filed against the order dated 5 th September, 2022 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Khed in RTS Appeal No.468/2022 by which interim relief was refused to the petitioner.

In consideration of the facts of the case, the SubDivisional Officer, Khed shall decide RTS Appeal No.468/2022 within eight weeks from today, on its own merits. 4.
