Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

On 13 th February, 2019 the applicant was directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.485 of 2014 registered with Khar Police Station. The applicant was directed to attend Khar Police

2/3 APPP-1166-2019 (SR.29) Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

The applicant is seeking relaxation of bail conditions.

The Counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant is Officer working with the MHADA. He submits that the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1794 of 2019 filed by the applicant has issued the notice and directed the respondents not to file the chargesheet against the applicant till the next date. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked X-1 for identification. 5.

The applicant undertakes to attend Police Station as and when called.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated, condition imposed by this Court being Condition No.8(iii) to order dated 13th February, 2019 is relaxed. As such, the applicant shall

3/3 APPP-1166-2019 (SR.29) attend the Police Station as and when called. To the extent, the aforesaid order dated 13th February, 2019 stands modified.

The applicant shall furnish the mobile details to the Investigating Officer within a week from today.
