On 29/08/2022 the application filed by the applicant seeking protection from arrest was rejected by a recent order. Barely within a period of 15 days another application is filed and it is sought to be argued that there is change in circumstance. I am not inclined to entertain the said submission, though Mr. Gole make an attempt to submit that, concerned documents was not placed before the court. There is no reason why on this ground the second application shall be entertained.
