The present application is fled for restoration of the Writ Petition (St) No. 31221 of 2018 dismissed by standing order of the Registry dated 23rd January 2020 for non removing the offce obbections.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and learned AGP.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) on the condition that offce obbections shall be removed within fve weeks.
