By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of one day in filing second appeal. No affidavit in reply is filed. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of one day in filing second appeal is condoned. Civil application is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 2.

If there are any other office objections, the applicants shall remove the same within two weeks from today. If all office objections are removed, place the second appeal on board for admission on 16th March, 2016 along with civil application.
