We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is erroneously passed.

We have heard the learned AGP also.

The impugned order suggests that the proceedings for validation of the caste claim are already pending before the Nandurbar Committee.

As the proceedings were already filed before the Nandurbar Committee and the same are pending, the impugned order cannot be faulted with. It is for the petitioner to prosecute that proceedings before the Nandurbar Committee.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
