The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition as the Petitioners can now file the Petition himself, as when the above Petition was filed, the Petitioner was incarcerated on account of disobedience of the order for maintenance. The above Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
