By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the Family Court Appeal. The Appeal arises out of the rejection order of maintenance under Section 18 and 20 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956. The Applicant has filed an Appeal impugning the judgment and decree of divorce in favour of the Respondent-husband. The said Appeal is filed within time. Since both the Appeals will have to be decided together, delay in filing the present Family Court Appeal is condoned. Appeal be numbered and placed for Admission in normal course.
