Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

This Court has granted interim protection to the applicant by an order dated 23rd August, 2023.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and attended the police station as directed.

Having regard to the nature of the accusations and the fact that prima facie the instant first information report is based on the same set of allegations as the case referred to in paragraph 3 of the order dated 23rd August, 2023, I am inclined to make the interim order absolute.

1] The order dated 23rd August, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 2] In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
