The grievance of the petitioner in the petition is for his transfer to the open prison stands redressed in view of the report dated 16.06.2022 submitted by learned APP to the effect that the petitioner has been transferred to the open prison at Paithan since 05.11.2018. 3.

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
