This Court was not inclined to allow these applications. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that instead of inviting the observations on merits, the applicant may be allowed to withdraw these applications. He further, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicant would surrender before L.T. Marg Police Station in both these cases within a period of three weeks.

In the circumstances, the applicant is allowed to withdraw these applications. The applicant is granted three weeks time to surrender before L.T.Marg Police Station. In the event of arrest of the applicant or any Bail Application is preferred by the applicant before the competent Court, the said Court shall not influence by withdrawal of these applications.
