ORDER

1] Writ Petition is partly allowed.

2] The order of externment passed by the Competent Authority, maintained and upheld by the Appellate Authority is maintained insofar as the area of externment is concerned, the area of externment referred to in the order of externment by the Authority and 1/2

3] The period of externment of two years is also reduced to one year.

4] The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
