Shri S.R.Gaud, the learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant is able to give only one surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, but cannot arrange for one more surety. He is also unable to find any surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-. It is, avk 1/3

however, submitted that, the applicant shall be in a position to furnish cash of Rs.15,000/- in lieu of one of the sureties. In view of this, the bail order is modified by stipulating that the applicant may furnish one surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and deposit cash of Rs.15,000/- in lieu of the other surety.
