3. Accordingly, the Civil Application is dismissed, in view of the dismissd of the Civil Application, the First Appeal No. 25003 of 2017 and Civil Application No. 508 of 2018 are also dismissed.

4. The office is directed to transit an amount of Rs. 12,500/- deposited by the applicant by way of statutory amount to the M.A.C.T. expeditiously.
