Rule was issued in both these Writ petitions on 8 July 2010 only in respect of back wages. Interim relief was granted on the condition that the amount of back wages be deposited within four weeks. Since the Respondent-management did not deposit the back wages, Civil applications were taken out for vacating the stay. By order dated 7 November 2014, the applications for vacating the stay were disposed of by directing the Respondent-management to deposit an amount of ` 2,00,000 each within period of eight weeks

13 & 10 CP 456-15 wt CP 453-15.doc as a condition for continuation of interim relief failing which interim relief was to stand rejected.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the amount as directed has not been deposited and also that the Petitioner has not been reinstated. If that be the position then the Petitioner can always execute the impugned order as there is no stay according to the Petitioner operating in these petitions. 3.

In view of this position, it is not necessary to entertain the Contempt petitions which are accordingly disposed of. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
