. By Civil Application No. 507 of 2018, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 27 days in filing first Appeal 1/2

Seema 18. CAF 507 of 2018.odt arising out of order passed by the M. A. C. T. under Section 140 of the M.V. Act 1988.

2. A perusal of the averments made in the Civil Application, clearly indicates the applicant has not explained delay.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Application is dismissed, in view of the dismissd of the Civil Application, the First Appeal No. 25003 of 2017 and Civil Application No. 508 of 2018 are also dismissed.

4. The office is directed to transit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the applicant by way of statutory amount to the M.A.C.T. expeditiously.
