This matter is heard for quite sometime. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the Petitioners desire to withdraw the Petition.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn on instructions.

Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 submit that if possible, they are willing to offer a compensation package to the legal heirs of the deceased before the trial court. This request is kept open for the trial court to consider.
