Learned APP states that charge-sheet has been filed in this Court on 24th August, 2018. It is submitted that the said charge-sheet is filed during the pendency of this application. The earlier application preferred before the Sessions Court was rejected on 7th August, 2028, prior to filing of the charge-sheet. In the circumstances, it would be appropriate that the applicant prefers an application for bail before the Sessions Court.
