Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that this is the subsequent application seeking bail. Trial has concluded. The matter is posted for recording of the statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and it is pending at the same stage for a long period. In view of this, the learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, learned Sessions Court is requested to make an endeavour to record statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Talwalkar 1/2
