By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 61 days in filing the second appeal. None of the respondents have filed affidavit-in-reply though served in advance. The applicant has explained the delay in paragraphs 1 to 4 of the civil application. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Delay of 61 days is condoned. No order as to costs.
