By this application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of the balance amount of compensation deposited by the AppellantInsurance Company. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to order dated 29/04/2010, the Applicant had already withdrawn an amount of Rs.17,00,000/- out of total amount of Rs.24,00,000/-. 3.

Considering the said fact and that the appeal is of the year 2010, I am not inclined to allow further withdrawal at this stage. Withdrawal application stands disposed of.
