By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following relief:- (b) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1. Educational Institution to withdraw the remark "dismissed" from the service book of the petitioner in the interests of justice." 2.

Mr. Tangsali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has been dismissed from service by respondent No.1 in the year 1987, after holding departmental enquiry. The petitioner has challenged his dismissal before the School Tribunal by

Thereafter, he challenged the said order by filing Writ Petition. However, said Writ Petitioner has also been dismissed. 4.

In the above circumstances, grant of relief as claimed by the petitioner will amount to setting aside dismissal order. The petitioner, therefore, is not entitled for the said relief.
