The only relief pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the proposal of the Petitioner dated 11 April 2018 (Exhibit D at page 15 to the Petition) be decided by Respondent No.3-Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune. We accede to the request and direct the Respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid proposal of the Petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.
