At the outset, learned APP raises an objection. She states that the applicant apprehends arrest in connection with C.R.No.8 of 2015 registered with the Economic Offences Cell, Panaji, Goa. She, therefore, submits that the proper forum to file an application for anticipatory bail would be Goa and not Mumbai. In view of the objection raised by the learned

APP, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear, that this Court has not considered the application on merits and if an application for anticipatory bail is filed before the appropriate Court, the same shall be decided on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
