This is an application preferred by Central Bureau of Investigation seeking certain documents, as reflected in prayer clause (a) of this application. Learned counsel for applicant-CBI submits that trial of the co-accused is pending before Special Court and it is in that regard the documents which are part of record and proceedings of this appeal are required. However, the record and proceedings are sent to the Trial Court. Hence, the applicant may be granted liberty to prefer such application before Trial Court and this application may be disposed of.

In view of the submission, Interim Application No.2680 of 2021 is disposed of, with liberty to applicant-CBI to prefer appropriate application before Trial Court.
