The respective counsel submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and have drawn consent terms which are placed on record.

The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner herein has given demand drafts in favour of respondent No.1, who happens

Mhi 4 to be the original complainant. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" (collectively) for the purpose of identification. The respective counsel, upon instructions, submit that the parties to the petition undertake to abide by the consent terms.
