A copy of the circular dated 9th May, 2014 issued by the State Government is placed on record. We have perused the said circular. The said circular is in terms of the order dated 1st March, 2013 of which breach was complained of. 2.

The grievance of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that by various methods and also by amending the ready reckoner, what is stated in the said circular is sought to be defeated. If that be so, the petitioner will have to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. As the

2 cp43-14 the circular dated 9th May, 2014 has been issued in compliance with the order dated 1st March, 2014 of this Court, it is not necessary to entertain the contempt petition. Accordingly, the notice issued earlier is discharged.

The petition is disposed of.
