The Petitioners are the villagers residing in Chandra Nagar, Taluka- Dahanu, District - Palghar. It is their grievance that their village should have a separate Gram Panchayat. It is for the Respondents to take a decision in that regard. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have already approached the State Government with their demand for a separate Gram Panchayat. Certain documents are annexed which show their demand through a representation is in
