In both the above Writ Petitions, Respondent No.2 are not present despite service. They shall therefore, remain present before this Court on 3 rd November, 2021 by themselves and/or through their Advocate/s. Learned APP shall through the concerned Police Station intimate Respondent No.2 in both the above Writ Petitions that they are required to remain present before this Court on 3 rd November, 2021. Stand over to 3 rd November, 2021.

The Advocate for the Petitioners has informed the Court that a copy of SSP 1/2
1 WP 4091 OF 2021.doc the order is served on Respondent No.2 in both the above Writ Petitions (Respondents). Learned APP also states that the concerned Police Station has also informed the Respondents that the above Writ Petitions are placed on today's board before this Court and they are required to remain present. However, the Respondents are not present before the Court.

After perusing the above Writ Petitions and after hearing the learned APP, we direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rajgurunagar Khed, District, Pune to proceed and complete the trial in Regular Criminal Case Nos.16 of 2012 and 19 of 2019 pending before him, in which the evidence was last recorded in the year 2017, within a period of three months from today. 4.
