This is an application preferred by the Original Claimants for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company with the Tribunal. 3.
Considering that the defence is of negligence and also relating to 1/2 CAF-3301-18==.doc
enhanced amount of compensation by the Tribunal and also considering the requirements of the Applicants, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company in the Tribunal, subject to filing the usual undertaking.
