It is the case of the petitioner that succession certifcate granted was set aside in Appeal and the order passed in Appeal is subject matter of challenge in Revision before this Court being Revision No. 571 of 2017.

The issue in the order impugned pertains to carrying out mutation entry. Proceedings before the Revenue Authorities were disposed of with an observation that petitioner should get its right

As the Revision at the behest of the petitioner referred above is already pending adjudication before this Court, this petition can be conveniently disposed of with following order. (i) Petition stands disposed of. It shall be open for the petitioner to approach Revenue Authorities once the Revision or further proceedings are concluded in its favour.
