Heard counsel appearing for the applicant. Admittedly, the applicants are convicted by the Trial Court. The prayer of the applicant is for quashing of the order of conviction on the basis of settlement. This Court is not inclined to invoke inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C to so as to consider the said prayer. Hence, Criminal Application stands rejected.
