The statement is recorded in the affidavit tendered by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Ulhasnagar, Dist. Thane.

In view of the said affidavit placed on record, the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned officer to take decision in the matter within the time stipulated as above.
