In the light of the said report, Mr. Shinde, learned APP, stated that the letter dated 6th August, 2017 issued by the Senior Inspector of Police, Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit F", page 68, would be withdrawn. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, Mr. Kantharia, learned counsel for the applicant, fairly conceded that the grievance of the applicants, at this stage, no more survived. The criminal application is, accordingly, disposed off.
