Learned counsel for applicant submitted that applicant has been granted bail by this Court on 29th July 2023 but applicant could not furnish surety, hence, applicant be released on cash bail and applicant will furnish surety after coming out of jail. 3.

In view of above, I pass following order:

(i)As applicant has already been granted bail, applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for two months and after two months, applicant shall furnish surety. Interim Application stands disposed off.
