These are the applications by accused, who are directed to be released on bail by this Court vide order dated 8th March 2017 passed on Criminal Bail Application Nos. 540 of 2016 and 1128 of 2016 by this Court. By these applications both the applicants are praying for permitting them to furnish one or more sureties within two weeks.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicants as well as the learned advocate appearing for the enforcement directorate.

Miss. Gonsalvez, the learned advocate for the Enforcement Directorate pointed out the order dated 8th March 2017 as well as the subsequent order dated 17th July 2017 passed by this Court granting extension to furnish sureties and made a statement that due to non furnishing of sureties within prescribed time both the applicants are taken in custody by the PMLA Court.

In this view of the matter, now the question of grant of further time to furnish sureties does not arise. However, it is clarify that if applicants furnishes sureties then by following due process of law they be enlarged on bail by the concerned Court. With these observations, both the applications are stands disposed of.
