By the order dated 05/10/2017, the appeal was dismissed against Respondent No.11 as he was not served. Considering reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in preferring the same is condoned. The order dated 05/10/2017 passed by the In-charge Registrar (Judicial-II) is recalled. The First Appeal is restored against Respondent No.11. The appellants to take steps to serve Respondent no.11 within a period of four weeks. Notice to Respondent No.11 is made returnable after four weeks.
