Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 265 of 2021 registered with Sahakar Nagar police station, Pune for the offences punishable under sections 353, 332 and 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

By an order of 1st November, 2021 this Court was persuaded to grant interim pre-arrest bail to the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were arrested and released on bail and in the intervening period, the investigation agency has lodged the charge-sheet vide No. 176 of 2022.

9-aba-2648-2021.doc Court while granting interim pre-arrest bail, I am inclined to make the order of interim pre-arrest bail absolute. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

1] The application stands allowed.

2] The order of interim pre arrest bail dated 1st November, 2021 stands confirmed on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 3] The applicants shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
