Aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 3 rd October, 2009 passed by the Commissioner of Workmen Compensation, National Insurance Company Limited has filed First Appeal St. No.2471 of 2010. The applicants were Respondents- Original Claimants therein. In view of conditional order dated 6 th March, 2017 and 20 th March, 2017, the First Appeal stood dismissed.

Pending appeal, Appellant has deposited the compensation amount in the Registry of this Court. 4.

Applicants are seeking withdrawal of the said amount.

In consideration of the facts above, the application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Appellant with accrued interest thereon.
