By this first appeal, appellants are challenging judgment and award dated 10.3.2015 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal in O.A.308/2010 dismissing appellant's claim petition for sum of Rs.4,00,000/- with interest. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for appellants and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that appellants has made out a case for following order.

c)The Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side Chitra Sonawane 1

failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
