The State Government has challenged the judgment and order dated 19/4/2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed District Ratnagiri acquitting respondent. There is delay of 7 days in seeking leave and hence Criminal application has been filed for its condonation. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent is opposing the prayer. However, we do not see any negligence or latches on part of the applicant/State. Hence, we condone the delay. 3.

Leave application be registered and list for further consideration after three weeks.
