Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that a Petition was filed by the Respondent No.2 in the Apex Court, pursuant to which the Apex Court was pleased to pass the following order dated 19.09.2016 in Transfer Petition (Civil) No(s).474 of 2015. The said order reads thus :-

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the transfer petition has become infructuous.

The petitioner-wife can stay with the respondent-husband at the matrimonial home. If there is any dispute in future, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate Forum for resolution of their dispute through mediation centre.

The transfer petition is dismissed as having become infructuous."

In view of the aforesaid order dated 19.09.2016 passed by the Apex Court, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
