Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. Perused the averments made in the application setting out reasons for nonremoval of office objections. Considering the said reasons, subject to removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections is set aside. If the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order of dismissal will stand revived.
