This Court has already granted interim protection as per order dated 18/01/2022, (Coram : Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) and the offence is registered with Naupada police station, Thane under sections 323, 406, 494, 498-A, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC. 3.

It is submitted that the parties have settled their dispute and matter is disposed of before the trial Court. However, as per report submitted by the office of the Public Prosecutor, it shows that the charge-sheet is filed.
