Respondent No.2 is wife of Appellant No.1, Appellant Nos.2 to 4 are in laws and Appellant No.5 is friend of Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that, Respondent No.2 has affirmed an affidavit in Criminal Application (APL) No.1291 of 2022 before the Co-ordinate Bench asserting her consent for quashment of crime in question. He on instructions further submitted that, Respondent No.2 has no objection, if the Appellants are protected by pre-arrest bail. 3.

In view thereof, ad-interim relief granted by Order dated 19th September 2022 is hereby confirmed as final relief. 4.

Appeal is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
